This position reports to:

Sales Support Manager

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative person who will take ownership of our webinar activities and help shape how our team presents itself internally and externally.
This role combines event coordination, sales support administration, and hands-on marketing ownership, offering a unique mix of structure, communication, and creativity.

What you will do

Webinar & Event Coordination

  • Organize and host webinars (invite participants, schedule sessions)

  • Introduce webinars and guide participants through the agenda

  • Act as the host/moderator during sessions

  • Coordinate speakers and ensure smooth execution

  • Manage technical setup and communication with attendees

  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event summaries

  • Store and maintain webinar content (recordings, materials)

Demo Kit & Sales Support Administration

  • Process internal and external orders for HW demo kits

  • Coordinate procurement, shipment, and tracking

  • Maintain records and availability of equipment

Marketing & Team Promotion

  • Shape and execute the promotion strategy of the team

  • Define how the team is presented internally and externally

  • Create presentations, communication materials, and messaging

  • Support campaigns and drive visibility of team activities

  • Bring new ideas to improve engagement and awareness

What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

  • Confidence in speaking (English) in front of people (webinars, online events)

  • Interest in marketing, communication, and event organization

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Experience with event coordination, marketing, or administration is a plus
