职责描述

参与项目的设计可制造性分析和过程开发的研究工作(包含不限于焊接工艺的材料，设计，工艺)。 在新产品导入中，对焊接设备参与选型，负责规划焊接线布局，工装和设备方案的设计评审。 通过DOE实验设计方法研究工艺参数，并负责工艺参数的设定，验证和释放。 参与工艺文件及PPAP的编制。 支持爬坡和量产阶段的问题解决，跟踪现场工艺问题，确保零件匹配及质量目标的实施和达成。 深耕焊接工艺，发现工艺优化方案，帮助不断提升产能和产品质量，降低制造成本。

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，具有材料工程，机械或焊接技术与工程等相关专业。 具备三年以上点焊，弧焊，激光焊，MIG/TIG等焊接经验，熟悉焊接装配工艺。 熟悉办公应用软件，有DOE实验设计方面的基础知识和应用经验为佳。 熟悉相关焊接标准，有相关资质优先。 良好的沟通技巧和团队意识。 愿意学习，有工作激情，能处理好工作压力。 能够接受偶尔出差或加班。 (工作地点在松江)
