Role Overview We're seeking a highly organized Operations and Marketing Manager to support our market-leading retail investments team. This role combines operational excellence with marketing coordination, focusing on project management, process optimization, and content creation rather than hands-on design work. You'll be the operational backbone that enables our brokers to maintain their market-leading performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Streamline team operations and implement efficient processes to support high-volume transaction activity
  • Coordinate project timelines across multiple retail investment campaigns and transactions
  • Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and administrative workflows (working in collaboration with the team Executive Assistant)
  • Maintain client databases and transaction tracking systems
  • Support deal progression from initial brief through to completion
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and performance analytics for senior leadership

Marketing Coordination

  • Develop and manage marketing briefs for external agencies and suppliers
  • Coordinate with external marketing companies on campaign development, ensuring brand compliance and quality standards
  • Oversee production timelines for marketing materials, digital assets, and property presentations
  • Create and maintain marketing content calendars aligned with campaign launches and market activities
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, photographers, and marketing vendors
  • Produce internal marketing materials, proposals, and client communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and coordinate feedback loops with external partners

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Implement and maintain project management systems and methodologies
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external service providers

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations or project management roles, preferably in professional services or real estate
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing supplier relationships
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign development processes
  • Proficiency in project management tools and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate or professional services marketing
  • Background in coordinating marketing campaigns with external agencies
  • Knowledge of retail property markets (beneficial but not essential)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Project management certification or formal training
