Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring, hardening, patching and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer).
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Assist in network security implementation and monitoring.
• Document network configurations and maintain configuration document.
• Provide technical support to project team on the network related support.

Basic Understanding of:

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• LAN/WAN concepts
• Routing & Switching
• Familiarity with networking tools and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
• Exposure to firewalls and network security basics.
• Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals.

Relevant certifications (or pursuing):

• CCNA
• Network+
