Job Title: Senior System Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior System Analyst / IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Cards domain and system analysis. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on open systems, API, and microservices architecture within banking environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Perform system impact analysis and solution design
  • Collaborate with development teams on API and microservices implementations
  • Support integration within banking and card systems
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
  • Participate in SIT/UAT testing and validation
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with system architecture and standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Cards domain (credit/debit card systems)
  • Experience in open systems environment
  • Proficiency in Java
  • Experience with API and microservices development
  • Database knowledge: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server
  • Operating System: RHEL
  • Experience in banking projects, preferably card systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
  • Exposure to AI integration in banking systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
  • Experience in end-to-end banking system implementation
