OMP Consultant to support ongoing support operations and projects, to external customer on a Product Team; responsible for supporting and execute activities on OMP Product team accordingly and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of solutions designed to meet customer’s business needs and consequently, for understanding customer’s businesses.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Should be very organized and have a flexible approach to operate in demanding, fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal communications in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and strong teamwork-based tendencies
  • Customer Service experience
  • Working schedule flexibility

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge/Experience in Consumer Goods sector, Personal Product Industry.
  • Knowledge/Experience in ITIL
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management
  • BS from four-year College or university plus 2 years business/technical experience.

OMP Product Delivery Team member to help us with the increasing demands that we have in OMP. The expectations is for the resource to (but not limited to):

  • Support OMP Product Team with all its activities (i.e upgrade, frequent release, etc.)
  • Create OMP environments for business testing
  • End-to-end business support to OMP Projects in investigating and resolving issues that may arise on the duration of the Project
  • Provides training to the Service Management team to transition the Project to Operations
  • Act as 3rd Level Support for any issues in OMP
  • Support business with any queries/issues that may arise
  • Support special projects that the team may have
