About the role

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager / Sales Lead to lead a team delivering a primary care engagement project in Hungary.

This role combines leadership, coaching and field execution, with a strong focus on building a team capable of delivering high-quality scientific engagement with clinicians.

What you’ll be doing

You will play a hands-on leadership role, working closely with your team in the field to elevate capability and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of field-based representatives
  • Setting clear expectations around activity, engagement quality and scientific standards
  • Coaching representatives to confidently communicate both treatment knowledge and wider disease understanding
  • Ensuring high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals across the team
  • Monitoring performance and using data and insights to improve execution
  • Reviewing territory plans and guiding focus on priority clinicians
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing development of the team
  • Maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders and ensuring compliant delivery

What you bring

You will be a strong coach and visible leader with experience in field-based pharmaceutical teams.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership or first-line management
  • Strong coaching capability, particularly in scientific discussions and engagement quality
  • The ability to develop teams to understand both medicine and disease context
  • Knowledge of primary care and chronic disease management
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
