The R&D Data Quality Principal Scientist will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and plausibility of data assets leveraged by the R&D Data Science Digital Health organization. Collaborating across Innovative Medicine (inclusive of R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing), this individual will define quality guidelines for the R&D DSDH organization and ensure pull through of enterprise-wide data quality strategies, standards, and processes. This role bridges business, scientific, and J&J Technology teams—ensuring that all data used for research, regulatory submissions, and analytics meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
