Plumber
Maidstone – Travel is required across Kent
Up to £33,559 per annum
Full time - Permanent – 42.5hrs per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)

About the Role:
Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Plumber to join our team. We are looking for a reliable individual with strong communication and customer service skillsets.
As a Plumber within our Gillingham branch you will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Plumbing repairs and refurbishment activities to NHS sites, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.
The main role will be to deal with plumbing emergencies and take ownership in undertaking repairs, fault findings and complete small maintenance repairs. It is important to ensure customer experience is central to all activities by providing a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients and both internal/external stakeholders.
As part of the role you will be required to keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Supervisor/Manager where damages occur as well as utilise existing stock or collect materials as and when required to meet works order requirements, in accordance with standard operating procedures for purchasing and van stock control compliance.
