JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager, Sponsorship & Event Operations to support the delivery of a regional sports sponsorship hospitality program. In this role, you will manage end-to-end participant logistics, deliver clear and engaging communications, and support seamless execution across multiple markets. You will also play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a high-quality participant experience aligned with brand standards.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Event Logistics & Operations
Manage end-to-end participant logistics for regional sponsorship hospitality programs, including registration, travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers), and on-ground support.
Coordinate closely with local market teams, vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all touchpoints.
Oversee on-site operations during events, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless participant experience.
2. Participant Communications & Engagement
Develop and deliver clear, timely, and audience-appropriate communications to participants, including invitations, confirmations, itineraries, and event updates.
Create engaging content and materials that enhance the overall participant experience before, during, and after the event.
Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communications, aligned with sponsorship branding and objectives.
3. Stakeholder & Program Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution plans.
Support coordination of regional sponsorship hospitality initiatives, ensuring a premium and well-orchestrated experience.
Prepare briefing materials, updates, and operational summaries to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline.
4–5 years’ experience in event management, preferably within sports events, sponsorship, or hospitality programs.
Proven experience managing event logistics, participant coordination, and multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to craft clear, structured, and engaging content.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cvent.
