This Position reports to:

岗位名称: IE工程师

岗位职责：

1.生产工艺流程的设计与优化，编制作业指导书和员工培训
2.生产过程问题分析和解决，确保连续生产
3.产品质量、制造过程、制造技术不断改进
4.优化产品生产工艺从而提高生产效率和质量
5.产品改进工装设计和跟进
6.参与设备导入及技术改造

岗位要求：

1.机械,电气,工业工程或自动化类相关专业
2.熟悉office, Solidworks 和AutoCAD的使用
3.良好的英语听、说、写能力 
4.有较强的学习能力，沟通能力，逻辑分析能力，抗压能力强
