FMC is expanding its Supply Chain footprint in EMEA, and our new Warsaw hub is becoming a key operational center supporting a complex, multinational manufacturing network. We are looking for an External Manufacturing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning operational challenges into seamless execution.

What You Will Do

• Lead External Manufacturing Execution: Oversee detailed production scheduling, material planning, and order management for assigned third‑party manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate Cross‑Functional Operations: Work closely with Supply Chain, QA/QC, Technical, and Manufacturing teams to ensure flawless execution and alignment across the EMEA network.
• Safeguard Supply Continuity: Build and validate supply plans, identify risks early, and drive timely resolution of issues that could impact product availability or quality.
• Manage External Partnerships: Serve as the primary operational contact for aligned external manufacturers’ planning and customer service teams, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and strong collaboration.
• Champion Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices, support audit readiness, and contribute to process optimization across the external manufacturing landscape.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing; cross‑functional exposure is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, IBP and Power BI (beneficial).
• Solid understanding of core supply chain processes, including inventory management, production scheduling, and integrated business planning.
• Experience in regulated industries (chemicals, agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with external partners.
• Creative, solutions‑oriented problem‑solver.
