WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Manager to join our team and take end-to-end ownership of core people operations and development. This is a full-stack HR role combining day-to-day employee support with building scalable processes that enable growth, performance, and a strong company culture.

You will work closely with leadership and managers to ensure our people practices are clear, effective, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Own and lead the ongoing development of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, development and employee support)
• Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes and compliance and translate legal requirements into practical and clear internal practices
• Own HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, reporting capability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in everyday HR matters
• Execute core HR processes hands-on together with the People Team.

People Development

• Support leaders in developing high-performing, engaged teams
• Plan and drive initiatives around learning, development, and career growth
• Coach managers on people leadership, feedback, and team development
  
  

Performance Management

• Own and continuously improve performance management frameworks and cycles
• Support goal-setting, review processes, and development discussions
• Ensure performance expectations are clear, fair, and consistently applied
  
  

Process & Organizational Development

• Develop and improve scalable HR processes, policies, and tools
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions

Hands-On HR Partnering

• Work closely with managers on hiring needs, team structure, and employee relations
• Handle HR topics with a pragmatic and people-first mindset

Balance strategic priorities with operational execution

 

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience in a broad HR role (HR Generalist / HR Manager / People Partner)
• Strong understanding of people development and performance management practices
• Experience building and improving HR processes in a scaling organization
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with both employees and senior leadership in a trusted manner
