Process financial documents in a timely and accurate manner and provide fiscal controls through our policies and procedures. AP Finance specialist is responsible for a variety of functions associated with the process of making non-payroll payments to suppliers.

Main Accountabilities:

• Invoice register
• Accounts Reconciliations
• Payment process
• Bank Account Clearing
• Payment compensations
• Customer Service

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s’ degree Accounting or Administrator
• 2+ years of experience in accounting process
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have proven experience working with Finance process
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills (English or Portuguese)
• ERP Finance Systems ( SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, Scala) and Excel Knowledge (Pivot analysis, Smartview, Power Query, Power BI)
