Position Overview: 

This is a remote position in the Medical Devices Digital Solutions organization. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our Digital Solutions Business Unit. This role will focus on selling our cutting-edge interoperability solution, which integrates data from Abbott devices directly into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems used by health systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital health and a deep understanding of the customer landscape within the cardiovascular service line at U.S. hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base within the cardiovascular service line.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and clinical staff, to present and demonstrate the value of our interoperability solution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and objectives and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Abbott medical device business units to identify potential customers and ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on digital health solutions and/or medical devices.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly in SaaS sales to healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the cardiovascular service line and the customer landscape within U.S. hospitals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for digital health and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of influence management with key provider decision makers.

The base pay for this position is

$72,700.00 – $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
