The Opportunity

Working closely with Professional Education Managers and Event Hosts, the Professional Education Coordinator is responsible for providing support and assisting in the delivery and management of all educational programs in Australia. Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end liaison with all internal and external stakeholders including all healthcare compliance agreements
  • Maintaining and ensuring all databases including company event calendar and event registration schedule are up to date on MSD, and managing the online/digital registration system
  • Organising travel arrangements for events, working with the education team to keep within the financial requirements of the business unit and managing all event attendees’ course documentation
  • Submitting, tracking and updating the team on progress of healthcare compliance submissions, creating contracts using approved templates, and ensuring signed contracts are uploaded into systems

About You

  • Previous experience working within the MedTech space and minimum 4 years’ business support experience in any of the following industry sectors: General Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Retail or Services industry
  • Meticulously organised, well presented with strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service experience with the ability to forge partnerships with vendors to provide innovative experience solutions
  • Proactive and collaborative with a consultative approach, and the capacity to engage and work with stakeholders across all levels
