The Marketing Operations Analyst will analyze the operational aspects of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement. This includes monitor budgets, evaluate processes, and report on marketing metrics.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis
• Collect and analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights
• Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data analysis
Process Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate redundancies
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Campaign Management
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future campaigns
Technology Management
• Manage marketing technology tools and systems, including CRM and marketing automation software
• Troubleshoot any technical issues and work with IT to resolve them
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing technology
Budget Management
• Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget
• Track expenses and report on budget utilization
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize budget allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives
• Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics or a related field, or a related field or an associate’s degree accompanied by a paralegal certificate with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with market research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication abilities to present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data and reports.
The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
