Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop annual marketing and communications goals for the Division of Student Affairs. Create assessment plans to track outcomes. Consistently evaluate and refine marketing and communication efforts through data and information analysis, goal evaluation, surveys, and verbal feedback.
Serve as project manager and department liaison to Student Affairs MarComm:
Manage the workflow of strategy development and execution of communications across multiple channels (both print and digital).
Establish and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
Work with a variety of internal and specialists, including designers, multimedia content creators and printers.
Facilitate collaboration between department contacts and the Student Affairs MarComm team.
Create and deliver content for a variety of different purposes. Create tailored messaging, contribute content to website, newsletters, social media, and other sources as appropriate. Contribute to communications packages for specific events and programs. Provide direct communications support to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
Steward the Division of Student Affairs brand identity staying within the university brand guidelines. Implement brand strategy across communications channels and physical spaces. Ensure the needs of the division’s units are met and the primary constituent groups (undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, parents, and campus partners) are being served.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
