Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes designing and executing migration strategies that ensure applications and data are moved efficiently and securely. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to implement scalable and high-performance cloud solutions that support evolving business needs. The engineer continuously monitors progress and adapts plans to address challenges, ensuring seamless integration with both private and public cloud platforms to achieve optimal operational outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in cloud migration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and services across private and public cloud platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and secure migration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex migration challenges.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for cloud-based applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
