As a key member of the Field Inventory Audit Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Job Title: Manager, Field Inventory Audit

Reports To: Director, Sales Operations

Location: DJO Texas - Field

Business Unit Description: DJO Consigned Inventory Control

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The Manager, Field Inventory Audit is responsible for leading all activities related to Enovis Surgical field audits, inclusive of compliance, planning, and execution of field audits on an annual basis. This individual is responsible for partnering with Commercial, Finance, Internal and External Auditing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure that annual audits are conducted in a timely fashion in accordance with Enovis and SOX requirements. This person is also responsible for leading ongoing improvements in the field audit process by collaborating with the Quality and Continuous Improvement team, driving greater ongoing accuracy of field inventory (pre and post audit), and driving more efficiency and standardization in the audit process. The successful candidate will lead a team of Audit Analysts to ensure execution of all deliverables while simultaneously developing their skills and setting them up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to Enovis’ partner distributors accounts and warehouses to conduct inventory audits

• Schedule annual audits and coordinate availability with Sales Team

• Resolve inventory discrepancies preventing sales orders from processing

• Report on audit progress in relation to target goals and timelines

• Coordinate audit logistics and map out select audit schedules

• Appropriately transact inventory in accordance with audit results to reflect our findings

• Create inventory reports for audit team members

• Consolidate scan files and communicate audit findings to the field

• Develop and maintain reporting templates

• Monitor deadlines and coordinate with external E&Y auditors to ensure proper procedures are being met

• Maintain training documents for current members as well as new hires

• Ensure all Audit IM controls are met and approvals gathered from VP, Sales Operations

• Manage inventory resolutions needed to close out revenue for period end

• Adjust inventory tied to open RMAs needing closure

• Monitor and consolidate sales order delivery details for complete and accurate inventory

placement

• Update audit templates and onboarding work instructions

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ Years’ Experience in Inventory management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field, MBA preferred but not necessary

• Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and how they relate to a consignment

inventory model is preferred

• Microsoft Office Excel - Advanced in knowledge/skills

• Knowledge of Oracle preferred

• Professional and effective communication - written and verbal

Travel Requirements: The Manager, Field Inventory Audit will be expected to attend audits and travel 35-65%.
