Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support programs in the Airborne Systems Business Area, IAS division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of several programs. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include EAC management, budgeting, forecasting, managing subcontractor hours, costs, and funding needs, as well as analysis of all contract cost and financial data.
• Communicate key business insights and recommendations to achieve the program’s current and future goals and making specific recommendations that will result in cost reduction and profit/process improvements.
• Participate in the scheduling, planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of dollars on the program.
• Provide backup and calculation of accruals every period. 
• Support program invoicing.
• Significant interface with the Program Managers, Contracts, FP&A, IT, Logistics, Procurement, Quality and other Support organizations. 
• Provide financial and program support to multiple programs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of program finance-related experience.
• Prior experience should include managing program budget and program funding, EAC management, contract costs / revenue analysis.
• Strong organization, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must possess the ability to work independently, in a team environment, with various organizational levels and manage multiple priorities.
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications; such as OAC, Fusion, Insight, Cost Point, and Cognos. 
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
