We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Brand Support Specialist to serve as a seasoned expert across NMN’s self-serve advertising and billing operations. In this role, you will independently solve complex operational problems, strengthen processes, and mentor, advise, and guide the work of junior team members. This will require an exceptional ability to motivate and influence peers, strong cross-functional partnerships, and an advanced understanding of marketing and financial tools. A day in the life...
· Serve as the subject-matter expert and operational advisor for NMN’s brand support operations, including self-serve advertising workflows, technical platform troubleshooting, billing accuracy, and insertion order processing.
· Independently resolve complex issues; conduct root-cause analysis on systemic issues across platforms, vendors, and internal workflows and propose and implement durable solutions.
· Leverage data, analytics tools, and performance reporting to identify trends, optimize workflows, and inform strategic decisions that improve brand support efficiency and program outcomes.
· Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that expand NMN’s operation efficiency and brand experience.
· Own the development and maintenance of operational procedures and team playbooks across self-serve advertising, and vendor and brand billing.
· Develop and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams within Finance, Legal, Account Management, Sales, and Media Activation.
· Serve as peer mentor to junior team members, providing feedback, training, technical guidance, and day-to-day support.
· Lead the daily, weekly, and longer-term prioritization for the brand support team.
You own this if you have...
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field - or equivalent experience
· 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, or Technical Support environments
· Proven ability to solve complex problems and apply expert judgment
· Experience mentoring or guiding peers or junior team members
· Strong analytical abilities with experience using data, operational metrics, and performance trends to inform decisions
· Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with complex vendors and cross-functional teams with ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment
· Strong understanding of billing processes and accounting principles, or similar operational workflows
· Proficiency in Marketing software, Salesforce, Coupa, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, SharePoint
· Excellent attention to detail, a passion for customer service, and strong communication skills with the ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion
