Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the following schedule:

  • 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM MDT

  • Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday with rotating weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Under moderate supervision, performs setup and operation of production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail statements, letters, checks, and cards within specified timelines.

  • Manually prepares documents and/or packages for mailing.

  • Follows quality service standards, safety expectations, and complies with all company policies and procedures.

  • Operates motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment as needed (forklift certification required; on-site training and certification provided).

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It

  • Perform all basic production equipment operation, ensure a steady workflow, achieve and maintain production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments.

  • Ensure quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion of production runs with emphasis on final customer product and meeting department standards.

  • Completes operator/job logs and other documentation to track job completion and produce reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs.

  • Maintain appropriate supply of inventory, based on established procedures and requirements.

  • Manually prepares documents/card packages for mailing.

  • H.S. Diploma or GED

  • Frequently moves throughout the facility to deliver mail envelopes, trays, and cages to their destinations

  • Remains in a stationary position 10% of the time

  • Constantly positions self to place mail trays on shelves and inside cages

  • Constantly operates a computer interface that controls print, insert and card personalization equipment

  • Frequently moves mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds

  • Frequently moves rolls of paper on carts weighing up to 800 pounds

  • Completes tasks in a noisy environment

  • Frequently works weekends and Holidays

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 1+ years of experience in machine/production operation, or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $18.00 to $24.52. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
