As the Haematology Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the delivering sales, MS% and activity goals for target Haematology products towards defined key customers.  

Key Target group: Hematologists in University Hospitals and Central Hospitals in Finland

Area : Finland 50 % of total Finnish Hematology customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective engagement with customers through patient focused scientific selling to achieve good sell outcome.
  • Proficient in using appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences.
  • Regular measure sales call performance and pro-actively seek feedback to continuously improve and develop selling skills.
  • Together with cross-functional team develop a robust customer plan to optimize success of Haematology products
  • By means of cross-functional team deliver needs of key accounts (medical, market access and other commercial roles)
  • Implement and pilot marketing and selling campaigns for Haematology products with key accounts with the support of the team
  • Engage with key customers through organization of national and regional events (expected time in field: 100%)
  • Ability to work independently, drive the best outcome for patients and key accounts while working under high pressure.
  • In all areas, demonstrate understanding of and compliance with laws, codes of conduct, policies and frameworks in which GSK operates and live our vision, values and expectations.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:  

  • University degree or equivalent (eg. nurse, or higher degree in applied sciences) or Healthcare Professional
  • Experience within similar role in Haematology or Oncology.
  • Experience of Haematology or Oncology products as FF.
  • Launch experience and success in Haematology or Oncology.
  • Capability to learn complex and wide scientific data.
  • Significant knowledge of the pharma industry
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Good understanding of account management principles and philosophies
  • Highly skilled in interacting with customers; good at networking, technically skilled in selling as well as creative solutions to bring together customers and patients.
  • Positive mindset with the ability to work in a complex and ever-changing environment
  • Good understanding of IT systems and ability to learn and adapt to new processes in a timely manner.
  • You will need to live in Finland and speak Finnish, and be prepared to have responsibility for key accounts.
