RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle escalations between the business and the BPO.

- Maintain appropriate controls and segregation of duties in accordance with the client internal controls policies.
- Learning and Growth Assists with the day-to-day learning structure of the team.
Invoice Process Analyst
- The Accounts Payable Senior Specialist is responsible for managing complex and high-volume invoice processing activities.
- This role ensures accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, adherence to policies and controls, and resolution of issues.
- An Accounts Payable Senior Specialist is expected to be the subject matter expert
Treasury Analyst
- Explain the basic steps on how a TR team works (Payment Proposal - upload files on bank platforms - approvals – Open Items).
- Understand the relationship and between Treasury activities and other departments (IP, RTR, RH, Taxes, COMMEX, MD & Service Admin).
- Knowledge about the different processes type of payment execution (Automatic, One Bank, Semi-automatic & Manuals).
- Process payment proposals and manual payments.
- Coordinate the approval of payments.
- Maintain bank reconciliation up to date.
- Report monthly metrics.
- Handle high execution payments volumes on a short time reaction, according with cut off time of banks platforms & fix payment with rejections.
- knowledge talk about the accounting impact in terms of analyse open items and consequences of a wrong projections (cash flow).
- Identify and understand bank platform errors, and their interpretation.
- Internal/external audit request.
GRIR Analyst.
- Analysis and reconciliation of GRIR accounts (Balance acct, Transitory acct).
- Analysis and reconciliation of Adjustment GRIR accounts.
- Application of Policy (Client) on open items from 0-30 to <270 days.
- Follow up with client & maintain of the account:
- GRIR credit balance follows up.
- Debit Balance follow up (PO Return & others).
- Closing of open items (as per policy).
- Balance confirmation of accounts (Blackline).
- Accruals application as per areas request.
- Reporting data to management (Finance Controllers).
- SLA & KPI’s in green.
- Client meeting and action plans application.
- Internal/external audit request.
Requirements
- Should have 2-3 years of experience in accounting-Admin areas.
- Bachelor's degree. Business Administration as a plus
- Should have knowledge on MS office.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- B2-C1 English level.
