Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for automation, developing solutions that enhance efficiency, and ensuring that the automation processes align with client needs and expectations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to strategic decisions, and continuously seek ways to improve the delivery of analytics through automation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in automation best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and automation frameworks. - Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing processes for better automation outcomes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
