The Director of Integrated Marketing leads 360° campaign strategy and execution across Caruso’s portfolio, driving coordinated marketing initiatives that increase visitation, engagement, and revenue. This role oversees paid digital media, social strategy and community management, influencer partnerships, and website content updates, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, performance-driven, and aligned to business objectives.
Serving as the strategic integrator across creative, media, property marketing, and brand partnership marketing, the Director translates campaign objectives into cross-channel plans with clear KPIs and measurable results. The role partners closely with Corporate Communications to align marketing initiatives with earned media efforts and broader brand objectives.
