Job Description
The Product Manager is the operational responsible for the execution of the Business Unit's marketing strategies in the designated area of the porfolio.
To do so, he/she must ensure the correct transfer of information from the franchise to the sales force and customers, but also maintain continuous communication with the field to gather market information and customer needs to be used in the definition of strategies and next actions. This person will be the internal and externa reference for technical and clinical questions related with new products that he/she will take care of.
Responsibilities/functions:
Ø Internal and externa reference for technical and clinical questions related to the products he/she will take care of.
Ø Ensure customer satisfaction and technical needs from the customers.
Ø Responsible for the follow-up and execution of strategic plans and actions of the business unit.
Ø Supporting the sales team in customer needs for new product introductions or maintenance of existing ones.
Ø Coordination with clinical leads for internal sales team training.
Ø Coordination with clinical leads for customer product training, demonstrations and sample management.
Ø Documentation maintenance
Ø Execution of internal processes according to company policies (HCC, CIGNON, etc).
Ø Generation and adaptation of promotional materials
Ø Organization of congresses and events of commercial character
Ø Support in the preparation of public tenders and definition of prices within the margins.
Ø Ensure diversity and inclusion his/her work environment
Ø Act according to the guidelines defined in the company Credo
Profile requirements:
Ø Must:
· Communication and presentation skills
· English proficiency
· People management by influence
Ø Desirables:
· Knowledge of the Medical Devices sector or previous experience in the EP market.
· Prior Marketing experience
