Job Purpose:
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our customers and will oversee their experience with our company. This role will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.Job Responsibilities:
● Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.
● SAP Experience.

● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Education:
