What you will do

  • Lead the sales team, establish its objectives and assure that the business strategies are followed, with the purpose to reach the established goals.

  • General understanding of the business objectives and strategy. Supplies orientation and competitive intelligence to the team, in its journey to reach the expectations.

  • Monitors reaching of sales quotas by the commercial team.

  • Develops strategies to generate new businesses and launch new products

  • Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with the laws and the regulations

  • Manages the budget for activities related to Marketing

  • Creates and manages price strategies with intention to create competitive advantages.

  • Works with the Department of Operations to determine that the amounts of stock are aligned with the current numbers of sales.

What you will need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, a related field, or any degree within the health area.

  • Fluency in English.

  • 10 or more years of experience in similar roles.

  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams, with demonstrated expertise in team building and people management.

  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-level executives.

  • Previous experience in the health sector.

  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master’s degree.

Travel Percentage: 50%
