The Local TPRM Officer (LTO) CoE Support is a key member of the IT Governance & Sourcing team within the Information Technology (COO) organisation and is responsible to support with the completion of risk assessments related to Third Parties (e.g. Outsourcing, Cloud or any other critical Third Party service).

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Supporting and coordination of intra- and extra-group outsourcing requests and other critical third parties
• Plausibility check of internal questionnaire and due diligence in ServiceNow (TPRM tool)
• Monitoring of implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Coordination of ongoing monitoring process
• Support LTO’s in the completion of Global Minimum Controls performance and reporting
• Triggering and coordination of re-assessment process
• Preparation of in-house reporting to management and regulators
• Contribution to resolution of internal/external audit points, compliance requests, resolving risk issues
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
• Tool support and Reporting of TPRM related data (e.g. Service Now, Tableau, Power Point
• Coordination and support to global counterparts (Local Third Party Officers)

YOUR PROFILE

• Good risk management practice. Understanding of outsourcing / TPRM regulations
• Open and approachable as well as displaying genuine interest in people
• Reporting skills (e.g. Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Driven for results
• Good judgement and ability to work under pressure both independently and within the team
• Higher Education (University, University or equivalent)
• Very strong communication and presentation skills
• Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
