Job Summary
Leads the order management process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment across multiple channels. Drives the digitalization of processes to improve service quality and operational performance.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Leads the order management process for different Go-To-Market channels to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manages a team of order desk specialists to ensure customers can place their orders smoothly and easily using appropriate interfaces.
Digitalizes and optimizes order management processes through close collaboration with customers to enhance service quality.
Drives sales automation initiatives to optimize and digitize sales processes and tools for improved efficiency.
Drives digitalization efforts and promotes tool adoption among teams to enhance operational efficiency.
In some businesses, manages pricing and market intelligence to ensure market adherence on pricing and drive pricing improvements based on detailed market insights.
In some businesses, manages project forecasting and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes.
In some businesses, manages the FG inventory (Woca) and inventory health (e.g slow-moving, obsolescence)
Provides input and prioritization for the IT enhancements roadmap to support commercial operations needs.
Manages margin by ensuring excellent price control and strict adherence to pricing policies.
Manages sellex improvements in the order desk and sales processes to increase sales effectiveness.
Stewards the highest levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding necessary quality standards consistently.
Builds required order desk and sales automation capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area.
Monitors key performance indicators and implements corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
