À propos de vous et de ce rôle

Pour sa nouvelle unité de fabrication, le site de Lauterbourg recherche un(e) Opérateur/Opératrice Extrusion. Le rythme de travail s’organise en 5x8 sous l’autorité du/de la Coordinateur/Coordinatrice d’Activité de l’Équipe. Ce poste présente comme principale possibilité d’évolution le poste de Coordinateur/Coordinatrice d’Activité de l’Équipe.

Responsabilités

Responsabilité sécurité :

  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement
  • Être responsable de sa sécurité et de celle des autres
  • Utiliser et se conformer aux procédures de l’unité
  • Maintenir son outil de travail et son environnement propres et rangés
  • Assurer une passation de consignes rigoureuse et complète avec les opérateurs/opératrices montants
  • Être formé(e) et appliquer les règles de sécurité des procédés
  • Participer aux formations sécurité et aux exercices de Réponse Immédiate
  • Participer à la mise en sécurité du bâtiment lors des arrêts
  • Participer activement aux programmes de rangement et nettoyage (Housekeeping/5S)
  • Vérifier les consignations établies par le/la coordinateur/coordinatrice d’activités en équipe

Responsabilité du rôle :

  • Être responsable de la conduite des opérations de fabrication par extrusion qui lui sont confiées au cours de son poste en collaboration avec les autres membres de son équipe
  • Maîtriser et utiliser les équipements de contrôle des procédés automatisés
  • Appliquer les consignes particulières relatives à une chaîne de fabrication
  • Prélever les échantillons intermédiaires et effectuer les contrôles qualité journaliers
  • Veiller au bon nettoyage des équipements
  • Gérer le changement de grade de produit
  • Identifier les anomalies équipements et rédiger les déclarations dans le cahier de quart électronique (Logbook)
  • Saisir les lots fabriqués dans l’outil SAP
  • Signaler tout dysfonctionnement au/à la Coordinateur/Coordinatrice d’Activité d’Équipe
  • Rédiger des non-conformités en cas d’anomalie (Fiches de Non-conformité dans Excel)
  • Réaliser de la maintenance de premier niveau selon le programme
  • Favoriser l’entraide et l’esprit d’équipe. Soutenir l’organisation définie par son/sa Coordinateur/Coordinatrice d’Activité Équipe
  • Être le/la back-up du/de la Coordinateur/Coordinatrice d’activités de son équipe pour endosser le rôle de gestion de crise (Immediate Response Leader)

Ce poste offre une perspective d’évolution et s’inscrit dans une dynamique de polyvalence entre les trois secteurs de production du site.

Vos compétences

  • La connaissance ou l’expérience des produits, de la production, du site et/ou une formation en chimie constituent un avantage.
  • Les CACES1 et CACES3 à jour sont un plus.
  • Méthodique et rigoureux.
  • Grande facilité d'adaptation.
  • Cultive au quotidien un bon relationnel avec ses collègues et avec les différents services
  • Volonté de se développer et d’être polyvalent(e)
