Position Summary:

Aetna is seeking a Manager - Digital Product to drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of innovative digital products and experiences. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, user experience professionals, and other cross-functional partners to translate customer and business needs into impactful digital solutions. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing priorities, and guiding products through the full lifecycle - from concept and discovery through implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, customer-centric problem solving, and a passion for delivering digital experiences that create value for customers and the business.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute digital product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business and customer requirements into scalable digital solutions
  • Lead product discovery efforts, including market research, customer feedback analysis, and identification of emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with technology, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences using agile methodologies
  • Evaluate product performance using data, insights, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements
  • Develop business cases, recommendations, and strategic plans to support investment decisions and future product growth
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership, influencing alignment across the organization
  • Support product governance, operational excellence, and best practices that improve the delivery and management of digital products
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-focused decision making

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience leading digital products through the full product lifecycle, including strategy, planning, development, launch, and optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar product management certification
  • Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools to measure product success and customer engagement
  • Experience gathering and translating business, customer, and technical requirements into actionable product solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions
  • Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and business stakeholders

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
