This is a fully remote position

Position Purpose: Support the corporate strategic planning process and lead larger scale, cross-functional strategy initiatives that are intended to deliver on annual business and strategic plans.

• Lead strategic projects and support strategic planning activities at the direction of Corporate Strategy leadership.
• Lead complex data analysis projects to make strategic recommendations in support of both business and corporate initiatives
• Analyze competitor data/landscape, develop competitive dashboards, provides analytical insights (e.g., expansion, new products, M&A targets), and provide recommendations to leadership on potential next steps.
• Keep abreast of business needs and issues based on regulatory or policy changes,, industry and macro trends and/or corporate goals.
• Project manage strategy projects, including crafting work plans, defining project scopes, brainstorming key strategy questions to be answered, and identifying relevant analyses needed to develop actionable recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to support decision making process of the corporate executive team.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, tenacity in problem solving.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master of Business Administration or equivalent is plus. 4+ years of experience in health care market analysis, strategic planning, compliance, corporate development, or equivalent business experience along with prior experience functioning as a lead.

Strategy Consulting experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year
