Job Title:  Vice President, Business Development (Receivables Management)

Location: Open- US (Remote)

Description:

Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships while nurturing existing client relationships related to Collections in diversified markets.  Works closely with team members to foster better business success and assures that minimum sales targets are achieved.  The ideal candidate must be passionate and highly self-motivated.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Researches and identifies new business opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Analyzes market and industry trends to develop innovative business opportunities.
  • Contacts prospective and current clients in person, via phone or through written communication.
  • Collaborates with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their challenges.
  • Prepares and delivers dynamic presentations to potential new clients.
  • Coordinates the preparation of responses to formal bid requests.
  • Owns the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Participates in existing associations and conferences while identifying new opportunities to network within the community.
  • Achieves or exceeds annual sales targets as established.
  • Exemplifies company’s values of commitment, innovation, professionalism, respect and integrity.

Pay and Benefits:

As a successful VP of Business Development, the candidate should expect to earn a minimum of $300,000 per year after a 12-18 month ramp up period between a lucrative base ($100,000 to $150,000)  and lucrative commission plan.   Our most successful and established Business Development associates are currently averaging over $20,000 in monthly commissions.  Our affordable, comprehensive benefits package is best in class for the industry.   Benefits include but are not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision), HSA/FSA plans, Generous Paid Time Off package, Optional Daily Pay, EAP, 401k after 90 days and much more!  Full-Time employees are eligible for Health benefits on the first of the month following hire date, or coincident to hire date if hired on the first of the month.

Qualifications:

Education and Specific Training:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience:

  • A Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable Sales experience
  • Proven success in business development and consultative experience in the Accounts Receivable and contact center industry

Special Certifications:

  • LSS, a plus 

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Computer proficiency
