Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Cloud DevOps Developer you will play a key role in managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of applications.

The impact you will make in this role

• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Containerization: Use Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Automation: Automate deployment and scaling processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams.
• Documentation: Document technical decisions and approaches.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Experience: Experience in Cloud and DevOps roles.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Language: Advanced proficiency in English
• Advanced Cloud Services: Familiarity with advanced AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Automation: Proven track record of automating complex deployment processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Advanced experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
