We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement USAFRICOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Identity Management Engineer. This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM, located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany, requiring relocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design the configuration and operation of identity management solutions to support command initiatives and ensure interoperability with partners.
  • Optimize system operation and resource utilization, including performing system capacity analysis and planning.
  • Provide guidance to operations personnel for operation and troubleshooting of identity management systems.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.  The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.  The architect will be competent in all areas of identity and authentication.  Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for designing and documenting the identity management solution for the command.  The architect should speak well in front of an audience and be able to present design briefs to high ranking personnel and be able to provide whiteboard training sessions and presentations to incoming personnel in a clear, concise but comprehensive manner.

Qualifications: You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Hold an adjudicated Top-Secret Clearance with SCI and maintain it.
  • Professional certification meeting or exceeding DoD 8570.01 standards, such as IAT II (Security+ or equivalent).
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience (7+ years recent relevant experience).
  • 5+ years supporting identity management solutions in a large enterprise DoD environment.
  • Deep understanding of the DoD Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Strategy
  • Familiarity with identity reporting platforms and tools.
  • Understanding of directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and database management systems.
  • Experience coordinating the integration of new identity services into existing environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot synchronization and workflow related issues.
  • Understanding of Windows Server design, configuration, and administration.
  • Knowledge of Group Policy Management (GPO) and application of Local Security Policies.
  • Familiarity with security settings/STIGs and other commercial security best practices.
  • TESA eligibility.

These Qualifications would be nice to have:

  • Knowledge and certification in Microsoft Azure 
  • Experience with Identity solutions for example: Azure Identity Management, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), Ping, SailPoint, Okta
  • ITIL v4 - Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with non-Microsoft identity solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs.
  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500 - 206,800 USD
