Title: Talent Academy – Paid Internship Program 
Location: 3M Service Center EMEA, Wrocław 
Duration: 3 months (July–September) 

About the Program 
Talent Academy is a fully paid summer internship designed to help students and recent graduates strengthen their competencies and gain hands-on experience in operational processes and related systems. Participants work under the guidance of experienced specialists in a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Regional support for proper reporting in financial systems like Black Line, SAP and other

• Data reporting and presentation to GSC employees and customers (regions)

• Financial systems administration, including supporting subsystems.

• Analysis of financial data and statistics

• Processing financial transactions according to 3M standards under supervision

• Actively participating in Account Reconciliations process improvements

What skills are we looking for

• Good English (written and verbal) 

• Major: Finance/Accounting or similar

• Previous work experience in Accounting/ Finance area will be an asset

• Good command of MS Excel, knowledge of ERP systems/SAP is an asset

• Analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team

• Proactive approach to job responsibilities

• Logical and organized approach to tasks

• Motivation to develop in an international environment 

• Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively
