We're looking for a Growth Enablement Manager who will strengthen our sales motion and drive deal quality across our highest-priority opportunities. You'll be the force multiplier that helps us win mission-critical work while scaling what makes PVM unique.

  • Improve deal qualification and closing processes across the pipeline
  • Analyze win/loss patterns and implement improvements across our growth engine

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Provide hands-on support across the pipeline—from early qualification through contract award
  • Enable the our growth team team with tools, processes, and insights that improve win rates
  • Build and refine playbooks that help us scale our approach to renewals, expansions, and new business

Tactical Execution

  • Pilot and prototype initiatives that help close strategic deals
  • Jump into critical opportunities with tactical support—customer presentations, technical demonstrations, or executive engagement
  • Partner with delivery teams to translate mission outcomes into compelling customer narratives

Partnership & Proposal Management

  • Stay on top of relevant opportunities within our partner ecosystem
  • Coordinate partnership activities and identify strategic teaming arrangements that strengthen mission delivery
  • Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other solicitations aligned with strategic priorities
  • Build institutional knowledge and reusable content that accelerates future responses

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or related growth roles within government contracting
  • Proven track record supporting complex federal pursuits from qualification through award
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, particularly within DoD and civilian agencies
  • Experience working with technology platforms or professional services firms (Palantir experience a plus)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives around mission impact
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute tactically
  • Mission-driven mindset and passion for serving those who serve
