- Facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams to drive project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong skills in managing change processes and ensuring smooth transitions between service phases.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within service delivery contexts.
- Competence in monitoring and reporting project progress to ensure alignment with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
