The admin supervisor assists the office manager with overseeing daily operations. They are the liaison between other departments, and work closely with location management to ensure that the park’s ever-changing goals are met. The admin supervisor also coordinates with our corporate office to ensure that their reports and special projects are completed. They directly manage the team of administrative processors, distributing incoming work strategically so objectives are met in a timely manner. They oversee the administrative roles in each department, training them, mentoring them, and making sure they have everything they need to keep the park running smoothly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Oversee and manage the location’s group of administrative processors
  • Oversee admins in other departments to ensure the department’s objectives are being met
  • Provide an exemplary level of customer service, interacting with employees in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Assign work strategically so that all tasks are completed as efficiently as possible
  • Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with administrative tasks and special projects
  • QC work completed by the admin team, returning any work that needs correction
  • Review the various administrative reports daily and take immediate corrective action to solve any issues
  • Oversee the interment pouch process from start to finish, working with other departments as needed to correct issues
  • Work with counselors, arrangers and customers to conduct research, resolve issues, and give support as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High School or equivalent

Experience

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong understanding of administrative SOP and company policies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build a team relationship with fellow co-workers
  • Self-driven, with the ability to see what needs to be done and take independent action
  • Ability to set priorities, multi-task, and function in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of compassion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Highly analytical, able to evaluate and solve problems
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible; able to change course whenever unexpected changes occur

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Working knowledge of office equipment including computers, calculators, copiers, printers, and fax machines at a level consistent with experience
  • MS Office Suite experience preferred
  • Basic mathematics skills required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • High level of compassion and integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation:

$21.00/hr.- $25.00/hr.

An individual’s pay within the scale is based on several factors that may include one or more of the following: background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education and work location.
