The Recruiter, Physician & Leadership, is directly involved in the provision and support of candidate sourcing, networking, and assessment for Executive Search. This position is responsible for developing and interviewing a slate of qualified candidates for client presentations.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager.
Own the front end of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for active openings and future hiring needs.
Execute strategic sourcing initiatives through advanced internet research, cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, diversity recruiting, and market mapping techniques.
Consistently achieve productivity and performance metrics while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and experience.
Lead sourcing efforts for multiple concurrent requisitions, developing innovative talent attraction strategies to identify and engage top talent.
Provide regular updates and communicate recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate activity to Recruitment Leadership.
Maintain working knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Partner closely with Clinical & Quality Operations teams to provide timely candidate submission updates and facilitate an efficient hiring and onboarding process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring professionals, leveraging networking, referrals, and ongoing engagement to support future staffing needs.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Adaptability and agility to shift recruiting strategies based on changing business demands and hiring priorities.
Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Education & Years of Experience
Associate's Degree with 0–2 years of professional experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of professional experience.
Additional Experience
Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related customer-facing environment preferred.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, hiring leaders, and key stakeholders.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience working in a goal-oriented, sales-driven, or performance-based environment preferred.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms preferred.
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
