Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Embedded Software Engineering Manager to lead a new embedded software team focusing on improving our embedded software architecture and design. This position offers a fantastic opportunity where your work will greatly impact the lives of people living with diabetes!
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of highly skilled embedded software developers and be responsible for designing, building, and delivering medical grade embedded software. Candidates should be technical leaders with experience in leading teams and people, coaching engineers, and delivering production-quality software.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,125.00 - $253,687.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
