We are looking for a Lead+ Product Manager to join our team to define the future for the most important part of our shopping experience, our event page. This is the key stage in a fan’s shopping journey, where fans decide on the perfect tickets. We want you to shape and execute on a vision and strategy that strengthens our position as industry leaders in the hearts & minds of both fans & our partners. 

Fans often have thousands of ticket options, all at different prices, each with varying views, perks and event experiences. It’s your job to help them make sense of all this complexity, creating an experience that is easy, guides fans with expertise, and brings the excitement of the live experience to shopping. A ticket should not just be a dot on a map. This is truly one of the most complex and rewarding surfaces in consumer product. What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large product initiatives, united under a clearly-articulated Consumer product strategy. You’ll prioritize, define, build, and iterate on features to improve and expand this portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, developing a firm understanding of their needs, dependencies, and priorities - and translate that into a long-term product roadmap
• Make product decisions backed by quantitative and qualitative data, mixed with an innate sense for what will delight our users
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage planned and unplanned work, make trade-offs, and balance speed with quality
• Partner with an engineering counterpart on planning, execution, and delivery
• Proactively communicate updates on deliverables and outcomes to stakeholders, and be an ambassador for your product area to the product team and broader organization
• Provide mentorship to other product team members
• Suggest and implement process improvements to improve product planning and development
• Advocate for and act as an ambassador to the rest of the company for an owned product vertical, communicating work and celebrating wins

What you have

• A proven track record of shipping user-facing products, with 5+ years of consumer product management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing complex and cross-functional initiatives including planning, execution, and delivery
• A technical background, are intensely curious about the technology that powers the products you work on, and have a deep level of data fluency
• Strong decision making skills with a balanced view of data, domain expertise, and gut instinct
• Ability to translate technical jargon into human-readable ideas and concepts (and vice versa), and are comfortable communicating anything from project status updates to long-term strategic plans to diverse audiences including senior leadership, stakeholders, and your peers

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$210,000 USD. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
