Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, education, social sciences, project management or related field plus five (5) years of work experience in scheduling/automation software or
Associate’s degree in healthcare, business, education, social sciences, project management or related field plus seven (7) years of work experience in scheduling/automation software required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in healthcare, business, education, social sciences, project management or related field plus three (3) or more years of work experience in scheduling/automation software.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Advanced proficiency with computers (Mac, PC and mobile devices)
Clean driving record.
Prioritize, execute, and maintain the organization of multiple and simultaneous simulations.
Effective communication (written and verbal) and interaction skills on a professional level.
Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications related to simulator functions, and the ability to assess, troubleshoot and fix equipment failures in a timely manner.
Ability to express technical information clearly and simply.
Ability to learn new software and hardware quickly and independently.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Ability to react to frequent changes in simulations, while efficiently working under pressure.
Comfortable with handling medium to large-scale projects.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of curriculum, development processes and content.
Maintain well-organised current and archive document systems for data capture.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Recruits, hires, and trains standardized patients (SPs) and physical exam teaching instructors for assessment purposes and teaching (with fixed physical findings) for evaluation purposes with preset reliability standards.
Administers, supervises, and facilitates the planning, organization, and implementation of assigned instructional activities and examinations.
Collaborates with faculty and helps develop ways to use standardized patients in simulation to meet curriculum.
Compiles and submits payroll information on standardized patients.
Presents at scholarly meetings and maintains accurate records of cases and events.
Assists in case and curriculum development.
Responsible for Career Development, which includes acquiring CHSOS certification, attending ASPE conferences and workshops (in-person and/or virtual), plus other educational learning workshops in relation to Standardized Patient Methodology.
Works with CSE staff in scheduling training, planning sessions, and testing events
Assists in tours of prospective and enrolled students, faculty, donors, and visitors.
Ensures consistency and standardization on the central Arkansas campus and NWA campus in all previously stated duties.
Keeps the executive director current on progress or problems on assigned activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
