Job Description

This maintenance engineers are in charge of planning and execution from view point of preventative maintenance (PM) as to various laser chip production equipment (Wafer scriber, Cleaving & Pelletizing, Die Bonding (DB) & Wire Bonding (WB), Pulse & DC Tester, Auto Visual Inspection (AOI) tool etc) for semiconductor optical device chip production line.

Responsibilities:

  • 7.75hr x 5days support of Chip production line as Back-End Tool Maintenance Engineer (Working hours: 9:00 to 17:30, 7.75hr/day, Mon to Fri).
  • A couple of holiday work in weekend per month.
  • Daily maintenance and management of chip manufacturing tool/equipment (Correspondence to sudden malfunction of manufacturing equipment).
  • Planning and execution of PM for chip manufacturing tool/equipment.
  • Production condition check for chip manufacturing tool/equipment resumption

Expected Background:

  • High school graduate or above.

Expected Skill:

  • Highly recommend if applicant have experience in charge of tool/equipment maintenance engineer in manufacturing line or chip development engineer of semiconductor optical devices.
  • Fluent Japanese speaker. Better if can read English documents.
