Job Description:
The Human Capital Senior Vice President (“SVP”) role reports to the Banking Human Capital Lead, who reports to the Banking Resource Management Lead, as part of the broader Banking Business Execution team. The Human Capital team plays a critical strategic role in the design, implementation, and execution of workforce strategies to support Banking (Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking) business objectives.
Through this role you will contribute to an optimization of workforce capabilities, ensuring talent supply meets business demand, and driving workforce analytics to support decision-making. Furthermore, this role is responsible for ensuring alignment to Workforce Management Council principles and maintaining compliance with existing approved policies and processes in collaboration with second line of defense and regulators. It will also provide you with the unique opportunity to partner with multiple senior leadership members across Banking, covering Commercial, Investment, and Corporate Banking globally and collaborate closely with Finance and Human Resources across the different workstreams.
