We’re looking for a Patient Care Associate for our practice located in Toms River, New Jersey location. Candidate must be willing to travel to the other locations as needed.

Main responsibility will be related to patient intake services. Greet and register patients; collect co-payments and referrals; verify demographic information and insurance; schedule appointments, admissions and procedures; act as call center operator, directing all calls to appropriate parties.

Requirements:

• A polished professional, well spoken, and team player with an upbeat personality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office required.
• Strong organizational
• Communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent
