Team Description

The People team is looking for EMEA Payroll Coordinator position who will report to the Payroll Leader in our office in Krakow.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to take part and lead the journey with us of payroll operations for EMEA countries (countries in scope e.g. France, Belgium, Switzerland) collaborating with various payroll providers.


 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the generation of the company's payroll lists, including working time records, accrual of holidays and sick leave, overtime and the occurrence of deductions.
  • Develops and supports policies and procedures regarding the payroll process and working time records.
  • Coordinates collaboration with international payroll vendors.
  • Support all government agencies regarding exclusion, deductions and employer contributions.
  • Supports employee’s payroll queries and requests through PTSC (People Team Service Center)
  • Delivers on audits and payroll reconciliation projects.
  • Participates in payroll ops projects related with transformation and optimization of processes, costs and customer service excellence partnering with all project stakeholders.
  • Contributes to other Global People Team Projects (amazing opportunity to shape the future and create ideas).


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience working with HR/Payroll systems and vendors (Workday, ADP, other)
  • Strong Payroll and Customer Service experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills in English.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership.
  • Being change ambassador.
  • Able to set priorities, be driven and excel with minimal handholding.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise
